Today I wanted to talk to you about one of the reasons you should hire me. Many times, I get agents, brokers, or team leaders in my calendar, number one, agents that wanna build a team, number two, team leaders that wanna grow a team, and then brokers that wanna become more profitable and have more revenue and have a better life. But what happens is most of the time these agents, team leaders, or broker owners start their business, and they do it the wrong way. One of the best reasons to hire me is to start it the right way. I hate it when I get new clients, and I have to dissect and take away, in other words, basically get rid of everything that they were doing, and start from scratch. That's no fun for anyone, so what I've found is the best reason to hire me is to hire me before you wanna grow a team, as agents, when you get into the business, and you're new, so you don't start bad habits, and as broker owners, before you start going down the path of becoming the least profitable broker in your market by charging the least and providing the most.
