Today I wanted to share with you some of the most successful and proven tactics to build your brokerage or team. Starting out with the most effective and least expensive, visiting open houses. Then one of the most expensive, but it is effective, are job boards, because you're paying per click or per candidate. It can get a little expensive, so make sure you track and measure and use a budget.
What about LinkedIn? Are you using LinkedIn to go out and, uh, reach out to potential agents and using Sales Navigator? That's a great and effective method. What about internal referral campaigns where agents are actually referring you, to other agents, and you incentivize them for that? I mean, it's kind of like the Expedia or Keller Williams does, building a downline. But, there are other ways in which you can create that in your own team and brokerage.
Uh, outsource companies. Outsource companies can get you pre-qualified candidates and appointments. Any types of lists that you can get from broker metrics or title companies. Any school lists for schools out there that are graduating potential real estate agents. I say potential because they still have to pass the state and national, as you know. Social media, Facebook, Instagram, cross-sales agents. Any referrals from title companies or mortgage companies? Are there any agents that may have off-boarded with you between wo- would, would love to come back or you'd want them back? Agents or people that aren't licensed that want to become agents? Waitresses, bartenders, teachers, nurses.
And then events. Are you doing any events to attract agents? Career fairs, seminars, training. Those are some proven tactics that are very successful in helping you build your team for your brokerage.
