Hey, today, I wanted to go over the DISC personality profile system, the D I S C. This was developed and published 30 years ago by the Institute for Motivational Living. And first you want to know and understand your DISC and who you are, what your personality profile is. And before we get any further, please like and share. Below is the button, and share with your friends, family members, or coworkers. So you can use the DISC profile system with just about anybody. Knowing your DISC profile, as I stated before, is the number one priority, and then understanding others, so you can relate with them and communicate with them the best way possible. So you can use the DISC in the corporate business office, friends, family, community, church environment. And people are different. They're predictively different, and that's what the DISC profile system shows us. This comes from heredity, it comes from your environment, and it comes from your role models. And if we start out with the D, the D stands for dominant or direct, in 3% of the population. The greatest fear for the D is being taken advantage of. And for each one of these, we want to know the greatest fear, because people move away from fear or pain more than they move towards pleasure. So if you know their fear or pain, you know pretty much what not to do or how to get them to move forward with the lack of whatever it is that they may be having that fear of. So I now is ne next in the DISC. I is influencing and inspiring. That's 11% of the population. So if you're an I, you may be talkative or persuasive, and your greatest fear would be rejection. C is compliant or correct. You're very analytical and accurate. This is 17% of the population. Your greatest fear is criticism. And for an S, it's stability and steadiness, or 69% of the population. And for an S, you may be predictable, reliable, greatest fear is security, lack of security. So those are the D I S C and the DISC personality profile. Please like, and share. Thank you for watching.
