Hey, just wanted to come at you today with the three most powerful recruiting questions. I've been involved with recruiting agents since 2003 as a Keller Williams franchise owner and team leader, and then I help manage team leaders and manage their recruiting efforts. So, "Do you feel you are reaching the potential where you are?" That's the number one most powerful question. "Do you feel you are reaching the potential where you are?" I love that engaging question, very open-ended questions. Or a simple one is, "Have you ever had any thoughts of leaving your team or brokerage?" A yes/no question but it opens it up to, "Tell me more about that." And then the last, third most powerful question, "Who on a monthly basis is helping you with your business and your potential?"
