Hey, many times on the road to success or the road to hit a specific target or a goal, we need to have an underlying foundation or an underlying mental aptitude to be able to get there. And that is your why, your purpose, your passion. What gets you up in the morning? What drives you to be where you are today, in the career that you are in today? If you are in real estate and you're running a brokerage, you're running a team, or you're an agent, boy, there's a lot that can go wrong. You have to have that drive and maintain that drive. And sometimes having a coach to keep you on track reminds you what your purpose and passion is and why you got into the career in which you are when you just had 10 no's in a row. When you just lost out on a contract for the fifth time. When your sellers, their transaction, just fell out of contract, right? So you had a contract cancellation with your sellers, which should, you know, I mean, you have a seller in today's market, that's, like, already money in your pocket. Things are selling for above list price in hours. So determining what your purpose and passion is, typically we've done that at a young age with sports and other activities, but when you get older, then what does it look like for your career? What does it look like in life? And sometimes you can also have multiple purposes and passions, but mainly the one that drives you to do what you do in order to reach the end, reach that goal in your career, in your life. That's going to determine how quickly you get there, how consistently you get there, and working with somebody that's gonna hold you accountable to that, like a coach, can be a tremendous, tremendous help.
