Hey, Justin Baker once again. What I thought I'd bring to you today are the top eight things you should be doing as a new real estate agent. Like and share, buttons down below. Also free consultation if you sign up at Agent Academy, my links below in the comments. Number one, you should start your sphere of influence now. Anyone and everyone you know, study and understand the state specific contract. It's gonna save you a lot of time when you have that first buyer or seller because typically, you end up reaching out to a manager or somebody to have them walk through that with you. And this way you'll already know it ahead of time. Study scripts and dialogues and role play. Make sure you know and understand the local market and houses on the market. What's available, what's pending, what's sold. Also, go out and preview those homes. Make sure that you know those homes like you do your own home. It'll make you the expert in your market. Shadow a successful buyer's agent, shadow a successful seller's agent, shadow someone on an open house, learn and understand how to set up and what to do to prepare for an open house, a successful open house that generates one prequalified buyer, and make sure you start with a coach or mentor from day one. Those are what you should be doing as a new real estate agent. Hope you enjoyed, like and share, sign up below for a free consultation.
